Licensing
License the music, books, and films of Blackhawk Productions for your project. All licenses are subject to the restrictions below — please read carefully before submitting a request.
Blackhawk Productions, LLC offers fixed-rate licensing for all original music, books, and films created by Dustin Kanady. Licenses are issued per project and per use type. Unauthorized use of any content without a valid license is strictly prohibited.
Usage Restrictions
- Content may not be used in any project that conflicts with Christian or family values, including but not limited to content promoting violence, immorality, or anti-faith messaging.
- Content may not be used to train, fine-tune, or build AI models, datasets, or any machine learning system.
- Attribution to Blackhawk Productions and Dustin Kanady is required in all licensed uses.
- Licenses are non-transferable and may not be sublicensed without written consent from Blackhawk Productions, LLC.

Book Content — Personal Use Rights
When you purchase a Bully Bruce book (in any format), the following personal uses are included at no additional cost:
- Personal reading and sharing with immediate family members.
- Non-commercial classroom or homeschool use — reading aloud, discussion, and individual student copies purchased per student.
- Church or ministry reading groups — one purchased copy per participant required.
- Quoting short passages (up to 150 words) in reviews, blog posts, or social media with full attribution to the author and title.
Book Content — Commercial Use
The following uses require a separate written license from Blackhawk Productions, LLC. No commercial use of book content, characters, artwork, or story is permitted without a signed agreement.
- Paid curriculum, lesson plans, or educational materials that incorporate the book's content, characters, or themes.
- Merchandise of any kind — apparel, toys, prints, digital goods, or any product featuring characters, artwork, or story elements.
- Stage plays, screenplays, films, audio dramas, or any adaptation of the story or characters.
- Bulk orders of 10 or more copies for schools, churches, or organizations (discounted pricing available — contact us).

For store-purchasable licenses, visit the music store or books page. For quote-based or exclusive licenses, email us at legal@blackhawkprods.com with the project name, intended use, content needed, and distribution territory — or use the contact form. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
All licenses are issued by Blackhawk Productions, LLC and governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Licensing fees are non-refundable once a license has been issued and delivered. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
