Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Downloads — All Sales Final
All digital music purchases — including individual singles and full albums — are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We encourage you to preview available samples before purchasing.
Physical Products — Books & Merchandise
Physical products such as Bully Bruce books and branded merchandise may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at legal@blackhawkprods.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a physical item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at legal@blackhawkprods.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Music Licensing Fees
Music licensing fees are non-refundable once a license has been issued and delivered. If you have questions about a license before purchasing, please contact us at legal@blackhawkprods.com before completing your transaction.
Event Booking Deposits
Deposits paid to secure a booking or appearance by Dustin Kanady are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Blackhawk Productions, LLC. In the event of a cancellation on our end, deposits will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
Church & Ministry Orders
We want to support the work of the Church. If you are a ministry or non-profit organization and have a concern about a purchase, please reach out to us directly at legal@blackhawkprods.com and we will do our best to work with you.
